It has been awhile since I posted here. The year 2015 gave me a lot of challenges and loss. My elderly parents took up a lot of my spare time beyond my sports photography clients. Giving me less and less time to enjoy exploring near and far, going out on adventures, learning new photography skills and sharing them here with all of you.
In November, my mother passed away unexpectedly and my father needed to be moved into an assisted living facility. As you can image, this brought me even more responsibility to my family. Thanks to friends and family, I have weathered the initial shock and have started to get my life back into a new normal.

Like winter, I have returned this week and hope to resume my weekly posts starting next week. I will be looking to again start visiting my fellow photographer’s blogs. I have missed you all.
Take care and I will be “seeing” you again.
Welcome back!

Welcome back Scott.
I’m sorry for the loss of your mother. I hope that your father will manage to get through both his loss and being moved. It must be a hard time. My mother needed support a long time after my father passed away.
I hope that you and your family will be able to crowd out some of the grief with many good memories.
I wish you a Happy New Year.
