I warned you about seeing more panoramics. 🙂 Here’s one from Taughannock Falls State Park. This is a vertical panoramic where I kept my camera in the vertical (ie., portrait) orientation while taking the 5 images. I did this hand-held as I found out my tripod’s ball head isn’t very good for doing panoramics. Doing it this way, I sort of missed the bottom of the waterfall. I still like it, yet, I want to go back someday to redo it. As before, to see a bigger version, click on the photo.
It’s a beautiful image, but I miss seeing the bottom of the waterfall.
The colors look a little washed out, too, but that could be my monitor’s fault. Nice job, stitching the five images together.

Whoops! Forgot a step. The stitching software I use tends to even out the exposure and makes things look flat. So, a little contrast and color adjust and the replacement looks so much better. Thank you for pointing that out, Michaela!
Yeah, cutting off the waterfall is a major mistake. I’ll do better next time!

Man, you are really taking off on this HDR stuff! It looks great and I can tell you are enjoying it. Isn’t it great to have something “great” that you love doing??

It is a lot of fun that’s for sure. Keeps me going. Oh, this one is not an HDR image but a panoramic. I am guessing you saw the HDR photo essay. If not, check it out!

I love the Autumn colors, and I’m sure we’ll see it with the bottom of the waterfall the next time. Although I do love this one.
