That looks delicious! I love banana bread, but no one else in my family does, so I never make it anymore.

Mmnnn, I could eat one now, even though I don´t know how banana bread taste. Is it a common bread in USA? I will look for a recipe at google, I guess you don´t have it…

I fixed the link on “banana bread” which will give you some history and a sample recipe. If you do a search, you’ll find hundreds of recipes. I won’t see my sister until Christmas but will try to get her’s.
I’ve found most Church/School bake sales in the US will have a few Banana Bread loafs for sale. 🙂

If you’re looking for something else to make with those overripe bananas, that no one wants to eat, try banana milk. Break up three bananas (4 if they’re small) into a blender, add 1 Tbsp. sugar per banana, some cinnamon (optional) and fill the blender with milk. Blend until smooth and enjoy.
Drink immediately or it will turn black.

Sounds like a banana milkshake which I like a lot but without the banana chunks.

Some people in my family told me about a fruit called banana-bread (literal translation from “banana-pão”) that existed in Angola (Africa). It was much bigger than the regular banana and was used to cook together with other foods.
This banana bread sound very, very delicious. 🙂
