One last scene from Christmas 2010 before I turn my sights to 2011. With both my daughters and parents living or spending time in North Dakota and Florida this past year. I wasn’t sure who would be spending Christmas morning with us. Turns out everyone made it home.
My youngest daughter made up breakfast cocktails called mimosas which were a big hit. The tradition continued!

Mom with her granddaughters enjoying a mimosa cocktail on Christmas morning. Nikon D700/28-300VR, 1/60s, f/5.6, ISO 400, EV 0, 40mm focal length, flash at -1 power bounced off ceiling.
Hope your Christmas and New Year’s were memorable and that you took lots of pictures!
This is a happy photo, no wonder you are proud of your family. Looks like the perfect company for enjoying a Mimosa coctail.

Mmmm… mimosas are wonderful! I can’t remember the last time I had one. Maybe last year, in Florida.
Lovely, happy photo. Everyone looks like they are having a great time. I clicked on your tradition link and I am now craving bacon… and I rarely eat meat. lol!

That is a wonderful Christmas memory. What loving faces! Scott, you have to hop into a Christmas photo yourself–and not with a camera in front of your puss! Those daughters will treasure it. Promise.

I like the photo taken inside with your mother. I will have to try some photography using flash. I liked it how you bounced the light off the ceiling.
